Part 1: Prepare application for VISA:
 
Apply for a Dutch visa quickly in Hai Phong - The process of preparing a visa application for a student visa will be done directly between students and the Dutch University. Here are the important steps to be aware of:
 
Transfer to Dutch school for expenses is required in "Tuition Invoice - Invoice), including:
 
- Tuition (1 year)
- Pay fees for VISA
- Deposit payment (Ranging from 10,500 - 12,000 Euros. This amount will be refunded 100% when the student successfully opens an account at a Dutch bank.) (Note: Students can choose from alternative financial proof method for paying down deposit)
- Insurance (Insurance for international students is a must. You can choose to buy another student insurance package that is not recommended by the school)
 
The Dutch School confirmed the money was successfully received and sent the students the information to complete the application process for a student visa with IND;

Submit the "Temporary Certificate of High School Graduation" to the Dutch school. Note:
 
1. This step is only for 12th grade students
2. Depending on each school's VISA process, the school will send the student's VISA application to the IND before or after receiving the "Temporary High School Graduation Certificate".
 
Part 2: ATTENTION WHEN GET A VISA AT THE EMBASSY // The Embassy of the Netherlands
 
Step 1: Prepare 02 sets of documents as follows:
 
Set 1: (Note: This file will be kept by the Embassy / LSQ)
 
1) Signature passport: Original + 01 photocopy
 
2) VISA approval from IND - Visa approval (Written in Dutch - with V-number): 01 photocopy
 
3) Form MVV
 
4) 02 Photos
 
5) Letter of acceptance to study at Dutch University: 01 photocopy
 
6) Confirmation of appointment with Embassy / LSQ: 01 hard copy (if any)
 
Set 2: (Note: The following list of documents is used for check comparison when there is a request from Embassy / LSQ staff. Other documents may be required.)
 
7) Relevant documents proving the living expenses deposit: 01 photocopy
 
8) TTslip - Successful remittance: 01 photo
 
9) High school transcript or university transcript: Original + 01 notarized copy
 
10) Temporary high school graduation certificate / High school diploma / University degree: Original + 01 notarized translation
 
11) IELTS / TOEFL: Original + 01 photo
 
12) Booking / flight ticket (If any): 01 photo
 
13) Dutch Health Insurance: 01 photocopy
 
Step 2: Make an appointment
 
Step 3: According to the appointment, students / students bring papers to:
 
Passport results will be returned to students / students from 5-7 working days.
Note: Students / students may be interviewed based on the request of the staff of the Embassy / LSQ.
