1. Step 1: Prepare application for Italian tourist visa
1.1. ID papers for Italian visa
- The application form for Italian tourist visa (information must be accurate and not erased);
- 2 photo cards 4x6cm (White font, taken no more than 6 months old, with clear face and 2 ears;
- Original passport valid for at least 3 months from the time of leaving Schegen and issued less than 10 years and with at least 2 blank pages remaining;
- Confirmation of round-trip flight booking (is confirmation of the airline, complete with flight information, logo, contact phone number of the airline);
- Photo of travel insurance certificate (valid for the entire period of stay and for the entire Schengen territory, with a minimum compensation of 30,000 Euro);
- Confirm hotel, accommodation reservation
- 1 certified copy of household registration book
- 1 certified true copy of birth certificate / marriage registration / divorce consent / bachelor's certificate, etc;

If you are an employee:
1 notarized copy of the valid labor contract;
1 original payroll for the last 6 months;
1 original letter of consent to leave the agency
If you are a business owner:
1 Vietnamese notarized copy of the consular legalized Business Registration Certificate at the Consular Department - Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam or Department of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City.
1 certified true copy of Tax / Payment slip to the State budget for the 6 most recent months or the 2 most recent quarters.
If you are a retired person:
A notarized copy of retirement decision
1 certified copy of retirement card
1 notarized copy of pension book
If you are a student:
1 certified copy of student / student card
1 letter confirming the student from the school (original, with stamp of training institution)
1 letter of approval for absence from school during the travel period (original, with carpentry of the training institution)
If you are self-employed or unemployed:
Letter explaining the source of monthly / annual income.
Notarized copy of Passport, ID card or ID card of the unaccompanied person;1.3. Evidence proving financial stability
- Bank account statements showing transactions for the last 6 months and up to the time of application submission, with a bank copy (made only 1 or 2 days prior to the filing date);
- Statement of salary receipt (if receiving monthly salary via bank account);

- Certified copy of shareholder certificate (if any)
- Bank guarantee from Italy (if applicable, or in case required by the Italian Consulate).
2. Step 2: Make an appointment online to apply for an Italian visa
When applying for a tourist visa or a business visa in Italy and most European countries, you must make an appointment online before going to the office to apply. Without this step, even if you go in person, your application will not be received.
Note: If you apply for a large group, you must also make an appointment for each person, but you cannot book together once.
