3/02 international standard white background card photos, not taken longer than 06 months
4 / Original household registration book + notarized photo
5 / Original identity card + notarized photo
6 / Marriage / divorced / single certificate
- Job profiles:
+ If the applicant is an officer, NVCC: a labor contract with signatures of both sides + application for leave + certificate of payroll in the last 3 months
+ If the applicant is a business owner: Business license of the Company + receipt of tax + corporate finance for the last 3 months
+ If the applicant has retired: retirement card or pension sheet
+ If the person applying for a visa is a HSSV: An approval for school leave, a paper to sponsor the full cost of traveling to Italy by parents or relatives.

1 / Original bank account statements for the last 3 months
2 / Other documents such as credit card, money transfer confirmation, ...
